Allow me to introduce myselfMy name is Mrs. Jessica Henry and I am beyond excited to be working with each of you this upcoming school year. I love exploring new technology, especially things that make everyday tasks more fun or efficient. I love the fact that technology gives us abilities to things your parents and grandparents couldn’t have even fathomed. Better yet, I can’t wait to find out what new technology will be invented in the years to come.
I am also looking forward to returning to Immaculate Conception to teach because I attended IC from Preschool through 8th grade. I am excited to see which traditions have continued and see how IC has grown and changed. If you happen to have siblings or relatives with old IC yearbooks, you will find me under my maiden name, Jessica Kratz. After graduating from IC in the class of 2004, I attended Springfield Catholic, Benedictine College for my undergraduate degree, and the University of Missouri, Kansas City for my masters (to be finished in this spring). The last four years I taught middle school math and science in in Kansas City. When I am not working, I enjoy playing with my baby, husband, and puppy named Didymus Franklin. You will find that I am easily entertained, smile a lot, and seek to find the good in any situation. I look for the best in people and find that when we all respect each other, everyone benefits. I am always looking for the best, most engaging, and beneficial lessons and projects so I expect my students to do their best as well. I look forward to an epic year and I can’t wait to meet everyone. Stay cool in these last hot weeks of summer break. God bless, Mrs. Jessica Henry Comments are closed.
